This is where it all began.
I originally set up the Good Vibrations Project as a collaboration initiative to learn about happiness. I have hosted many workshops for intrigued open-minded humans, designed to help us share and develop together. Incorporating theory, learned techniques and my own ideas, I always add motivational and actionable exercises, to bring out the best from our time together.
I’m creative, conceptual and love bringing ideas to life.

A Good Vibrations framework
My sessions are designed around a theme or topic, such as Empowerment, Self-Compassion, Happiness, Mindfulness. I always endeavour to achieve the following through the design and structure of my sessions:
Stimulate emotional connection both with yourself and to those in the session
Motivate you into action, so you walk away with change in mind
Involve you through hands on exercises and things you can take away
Lift you right up! Raise the vibrations, dislodge the lethargy, shake off stagnancy
Extend your knowledge and challenge your thinking around a topic or theme
What to expect
I’m excellent at reading the needs of my attendees, adapting my pace and cultivating the right energy for the room. My sessions are designed to gently encourage connection, giving you loads of space to absorb and reflect.
My goal is to lift you up. Irrespective of topic or theme, I want you to walk away feeling enthused, open-hearted and capable of personal growth. This includes:
A low-pressure vibe, no expectation to bring anything other than yourself
Guided meditations to bring you into the physical and emotional space
A nourishing and much needed pause from your day to day
A safe space of non-judgment with open-minded humans
Hands on tasks that fuel your thinking and onward growth
A variety of styles of content and theory to absorb
